**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials.



**Responsibilities:

  2. Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials.
  3. Coordinate with other global Support teams based in India on the development, testing, and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.
  4. Resolving user issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Account Receivables, Advance Collection, General Ledger and Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.
  5. Collecting requirements for enhancements, and projects, and executing the requirements through technical development or configurations.
  6. Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and configurations, and coordinating with the technical team for integration services.
  7. Work as part of the Application Support Team to resolve user issues and application issues.
  8. Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution in Oracle Cloud.
  9. Correct master data and transaction data as required to keep the system healthy.
  10. Continuous improvement of the process including fixing integration, and.


**Requirements:

  2. Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
  3. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  4. Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
  5. Report development: Familiarity with BIP, OTBI, and other reporting tools in Oracle.
  6. Understanding of Oracle Cloud technology. Good PL/SQL skills, understanding of API creation in Oracle SaaS, and data updates.
  7. Oracle Integration Cloud: Ability to resolve issues on OIC, create new integration on OIC and understanding of data and mapping of data.
  8. Through understanding of data structure, and table structures in Oracle Cloud.
  9. Ability to do break fixes on data, reports, and processes.
  10. Understanding of developing external integration using OIC, and other Oracle Tools.
  11. Understanding of VBCS, Oracle Database on Cloud, and APEX development is a plus.
  12. Oracle PaaS component and Oracle infrastructure cloud (OIC) knowledge is nice to have.
  13. Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite).
  14. Experience in designing and developing complex integrations.
  15. Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.
