Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth. This role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to maximize returns and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual business plans and oversee financial budgeting/forecasting for the business.
  • Lead periodic business performance reviews with key stakeholders to deliver BU top/bottom line results.
  • Modify annual business plans (ABP) and budgets efficiently based on changes in business plans.
  • Drive cost optimization decisions to maximize returns and profit targets.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management/alignment on key business decisions.
  • Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals.
  • Conduct data analytics and variance analysis vs ABP for corrective action.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and approve all vendor contracts as per DOA.
  • Negotiate transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to drive simplification and efficiency.
  • Handle internal and external auditors for controls and compliance.
  • Lead a team of bright talents and groom them by providing exposure and quality experience.
  • Participate in evaluating/executing potential M&A opportunities.
