Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Executive Business Finance to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful financial insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and enhancing overall business performance.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong analytical acumen, financial modeling skills, and business partnering experience, especially in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain business performance dashboards for Sales Heads and senior management using Power BI and Excel.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted), identify discrepancies, and suggest actionable insights.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margins, profitability, and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations) to drive financial discipline and performance.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and predictive trends.
- Prepare business case evaluations and ad-hoc financial analysis for new projects and strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Masters degree (MBA/M.Com) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business finance, FP&A, or financial analysis roles.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong business acumen, with an ability to interpret numbers in a commercial context.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
