Job Purpose:

Delhi based candidates only

Partner with the F&A and Business teams to successfully manage Business P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting, optimizing/monitoring costs and income across partners and products

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Financial Modelling, MIS, and Analysis of P&L

  • Monthly review and variance analysis of the P&L to ensure the correctness and completeness of all income and costs items.
  • Monthly review and analysis of various cost line items, explore opportunities to drive cost efficiency.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS for the business unit to help senior management take tactical and strategic business decisions.
  • Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
  • Analyzing and comparing current and past financial data and communicate insights.

2. Budgeting

  • Own the divisions budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, annual operating plans, rolling financial forecasts, monthly P&L estimates, annual budgets.
  • Ensure budgeting is done as per the overall business goals.
  • Automation of planning files to ensure minimal time on preparation and maximum on analysis.

Process Improvement

  • Conduct meetings with all internal stakeholders to evaluate the requirements to improve the existing process.
  • Develop the new process or improve the existing process with respect to new business requirements.

4. Partner Commercials Analysis

  • Ensure new Partner and product commercials are in line with Profitability objectives.
  • Review and suggest amends to existing partner arrangement.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Qualifications

  2. Minimum Qualification required: Chartered Accountant and MBA from Tier I-2college

  3. Work Experience
  4. Minimum: Freshers, 1 year of experience
  5. Clear understanding of accounting concepts.
  6. Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  7. Should be well versed with accounting software like NAV, SAP, Oracle, Tally etc.
  8. Excellent analytical and communication skills
