Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to drive progress against goals and deliver scalable solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
