Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (technical background preferred) + MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with a strong track record of successful HR digitization and HRMS implementation.

  • Strong understanding of HR process automation, payroll, attendance, talent management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking and data-driven insights generation.
