Job Opportunity

The Senior HR Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic workforce planning and forecasting for employee costs. This includes providing business intelligence and analytics support to the Human Resources function in areas such as people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze cross-functional data sets.
  • Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.
  • Design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting models.
  • Lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends.
  • Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
Candidate Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems is essential.
  • Experience in an analytics environment, preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports.
