As a Business Accelerator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth trajectory by designing, executing, and optimizing growth experiments. This is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, experiment, and directly impact the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ideate and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a growth function. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing basics, including funnels, conversion, and paid/organic growth levers. Analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards are also essential.

Desirable skills include experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats, and communicate effectively both written and verbally are must-haves.
