**Business Finance Leader Role Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and stability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Evaluate financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Strategic Financial Management:
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives and ensure financial integrity.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP, including IndAS
  • Timely closure of books every month and Investor reporting
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management
  • Effective implementation of processes
  • Experience in managing Big 4 auditors
  • Experience in implementation of ERP
