**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the production of timely, accurate, and reliable accounting and financial information.
  2. Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local, and international financial standards, as well as tax requirements.
  3. Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including receivables, payables, general ledger, and monthly close.
  4. Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection.
  5. Apply and improve financial policies, procedures, systems, and controls within the organization, in line with partners' requirements.
  6. Communicate fraud and/or compliance issues to senior leadership and partners.
  7. Manage internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
  8. Deliver value-added business analysis, defining meaningful financial and operational metrics for insightful decision-making.
  9. Prepare consolidated management reports for senior leadership, including financial statements, KPI reporting, operational dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level explanations.
  10. Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan, identifying potential risks and addressing issues to prevent financial misses.
  11. Control report quality and compliance with partners' requirements.
  12. Build the organization's budget with senior leadership and ensure its monitoring.
  13. Cultivate a high-performing finance team, building a reliable finance function.
  14. Educate finance team members on finance, accounting regulations, and company policies.
  15. Serve as a business partner for senior leadership in development and optimization projects, ensuring efficient communication with partners.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques, IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous individual with strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, team worker.
