Financial Analyst Job Overview

We are seeking experienced financial professionals to join our team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Create and maintain recurring revenue and expense reports to provide accurate financial insights.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views that enhance financial visibility.
  • Data Management & Accuracy:
    • Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases to ensure seamless reporting.
    • Reconcile data between systems and verify the accuracy of classifications and coding.
    • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data to prevent errors.
  • Process & Timeliness:
    • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines to maintain a timely workflow.
    • Standardize reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
    • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis to provide a comprehensive view of financial performance.
Experience Levels:
  • For 3+ Years' Experience (Mid-Level Role):
    • Demonstrate a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis to deliver high-quality results.
    • Show ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests to manage workload efficiently.
    • Have exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting to enhance expertise.
  • For 5+ Years' Experience (Senior Role):
    • Exhibit advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting to lead complex projects.
    • Have experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives to drive business growth.
    • Display strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis to uncover valuable insights.
    • Show ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights and drive business decisions.
