We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Google Tag Manager (GTM) platform.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with our team in delivering exceptional results through strategic implementation of GTM. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement end-to-end GTM solutions from requirement analysis to go-live, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the GTM architecture and its components, including agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations.
- Develop and maintain GTM configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials to support successful adoption and use of the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GTM with external systems and leverage technologies like XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, and XML mappings.
- Leverage your expertise in web services and SOA-related standards to ensure smooth integration and data exchange between systems.
- Analyze and optimize GTM data models, and develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts to extract insights and inform business decisions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing and managing GTM solutions, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of GTM architecture, including agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations.
- Proficiency in developing GTM configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Fusion, EBS, SAP, and JDE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data models and develop optimized solutions.
- Experience with logistics and supply chain management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
