Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Documentation: Develop comprehensive design documents, use cases, and test documentation for GTM applications.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility analyses and prepare options or quick proof-of-concepts (POCs) on GTM applications to assist in the design of effective solutions.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in application functionality and collaborate with Oracle support and relevant teams to develop optimum solutions that meet business needs.
  • Solution Development: Participate in solution development activities, including testing and deployment planning.
  • Report Development: Develop, test, and deploy reports, style sheets, stored procedures, agents, saved queries, and screen sets to support GTM operations.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support applications and systems.
  • Support and Maintenance: Support GTM Cloud quarterly releases, resolve issues in ServiceNow, and ensure timely support and resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Oracle GTM Cloud applications and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing application functionality gaps.
  • Experience developing detailed design and configuration documentation.
  • Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and application testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Oracle certifications related to GTM or Cloud applications are preferred.
