About the Job
  • As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll be the first human interaction many of our leads have with our agency, so it's essential that you're engaging, empathetic, and results-driven.
  • Your primary objective will be to convert leads into discovery calls with our strategy and sales teams, using your expertise in digital services to build trust and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Nurturing
  • You'll engage with leads across various channels, using your communication skills to build rapport and assess their quality.
  • Based on your findings, you'll create personalized plans to nurture these leads, moving them from interest to action.
Service Explanation & Discovery Call Booking
  • You'll provide clear and compelling explanations of our digital services, including SEO, SMM, Branding, and PPC.
  • Using your expertise, you'll work with leads to schedule calls with our strategy and sales teams, building urgency and confidence along the way.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing is required, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar sales-driven role.
  • You should have comfort explaining digital services and be prompt and clear in your communication.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for performance metrics and conversions, you'll be highly organized and able to manage multiple leads at once.
