Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Representative at Reliance Retail, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory. This includes:

  1. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with relevant experience in field sales from FMCG background, particularly with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
  2. Stock List and Distributor Management: Effective management of stock lists and distributor appointments to maximize sales potential.
  3. Team Management: Manage and guide a team of sales representatives to deliver desired results, including sales planning, width beat plans, and market execution.
  4. Market Execution: Implementation of schemes and trade marketing plans in the assigned geography to drive sales growth.
  5. Competition Monitoring: Report on competition activities in the category handled and geography performance to the Area Sales Manager on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
