Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Coordinator to join our team at Orange Oranges Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, coordinating with local and global teams, and managing international client relationships for our software services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline for software products and services.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in different global regions.
    • Conduct product demos, webinars, and presentations to potential clients.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Global Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and development) to ensure smooth project delivery across global markets.
    • Coordinate with regional sales teams and distributors to align on sales goals and strategies.
    • Manage client relationships in different regions, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
    • Facilitate communication across time zones and ensure global teams are aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy:
    • Research and analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
    • Adapt sales strategies to suit different regions, accounting for local regulations and customer behaviors.
    • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's footprint in new markets.
  • CRM & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) regarding client interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, global market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
    • Track, monitor, and report KPIs related to international sales and coordination activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders from client organizations.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly.
    • Provide post-sales support and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Travel & Event Participation:
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required to represent the company and generate leads.
    • Travel to meet clients and partners (if required).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the software or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global or regional markets.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, ZOHO CRM) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of software products and services, especially SaaS, cloud, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and global coordination skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage relationships in different regions.
  • Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST (hybrid based on project need)Key Competencies:
