Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a seasoned quality assurance professional, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for our cutting-edge software projects. Your expertise in functional and automation testing will ensure high-quality delivery in Agile environments.
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Drive innovation in automation using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Oversee and manage API testing for integration and end-to-end validations, ensuring seamless system interactions.
- Validate data accuracy through SQL-based tests and back-end analysis.
- Utilize Python scripting for efficient test data management, masking, and automation utilities.
- Implement and maintain best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks and improvement.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate project risks to stakeholders effectively.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.
- Nice to have ISTQB Advanced & PMP certifications.
- Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation and test data handling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.
