Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QMS to ensure alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Design and document quality processes, procedures, and work instructions for entire organization.
  • Prepare QMS Manual, Procedures based on ISO 9001, AS9100D & IS requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product audits as per ISO/AS requirements.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve processes.
  • Assist in conducting monthly MRM, monitoring objectives and KPIs to ensure QMS effectiveness.
  • Liaise with third-party audit NC closing and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of quality activities and processes.
  • Internal Auditor certified for ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO27001, and other standards.
  • Lead auditor preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working as MR or under MR assisting in document preparation, conducting auditing & MRM.
