Job Title: Digital Experience Manager

This role is responsible for optimizing online customer experiences, managing digital content, and driving engagement through strategic design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems, with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. They will also develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects under tight timelines. You will ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution. Additionally, you will stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.

3. Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
- Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
- Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
