
Sales Operations Manager

Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle to improve business relationships with customers, enhance customer retention, and drive sales growth.
Core Accountabilities:
- Up-date sales module in ERP/SAP
- Manage customer lifecycle
- Enhance customer experience
- Follow-up on submissions
- Collect payments from customers
- Drive post-sales activity
- Resolve escalated customer queries
- Improve business relationships with customers and retain customers
- Generate sales MIS reports, track bookings and cancellations
Strategic Focus:
- Optimize customer lifetime value strategies
- Plan and monitor timely sales documentation - e.g., application forms, allotment letters, agreements for sale/construction, demand notices, sale deeds, tripartite agreements/NOCs for banks
Operational Deliverables:
- Contribute to standardizing data formats and MIS
- Identify opportunities to create customer delight initiatives
- Manage site visits and walk-ins during property exhibitions
- Handle website and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up on all walk-in prospects and exhibition leads, converting them to clients
- Provide product presentations, arrange site visits, and accompany clients for better understanding
- Manage customer queries, negotiate with buyers, maintain customer data, and follow up with customers
- Monitor invoices based on site progress
- Manage receivables, coordinate with accounts for weekly and monthly collections
- Complete formalities related to agreement and payment disbursement, verify agreements for registration
- Collaborate with HFI teams regarding new schemes, interest rates, and follow up for client loan disbursements
- Formulate budgets, MIS reports, track bookings and cancellations
- Update sales module in ERP/SAP
- Coordinate with execution and facility teams for units ready for handover possession
- Inspect flats before handing over possession
- Ensure prompt responsiveness to sales inquiries (customer calls, emails, walk-ins, and correspondence) to maximize sales conversions
- Monitor sales collections, ensure regular follow-ups, and send demand notices for the same
- Analyze customer feedback and trends in sales queries, providing insights to Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer records, ensuring centralized database management
- Ensure data entry and detailed filing of documents received
- Promptly dispatch receipts for customer payments/documents received
- Lead and implement customer delight initiatives, such as welcome kits for new customers
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Engineering teams on customer documentation issues
