About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards Technical expert to fill this critical role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV , UDO, Processing option, and Data Structure.

This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-level support for resolution of service requests, reviewing and approving root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation, and providing guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
  • Resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules (6+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of development life cycle and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with JDE CNC Admin support team collaboration.
