Technical Support Role

This is a Senior Technical Support Engineer position where you will be providing technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues through effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning.
  • Be an expert in product upgrades, hotfix lifecycles, and maintaining technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Network Architects and Directors of Fortune 100 companies.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • Experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Devops CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Supporting/troubleshooting java developed applications/products.
