**Job Title:** Technical Integration Expert

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a crucial role in integrating systems to ensure seamless monitoring and alarm management. This involves setting up Dynatrace for various applications, defining and fine-tuning alerts, and integrating them into incident management tooling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk across different applications.
  • Defining and fine-tuning alerts to guarantee timely notifications.
  • Integrating Dynatrace alerts into incident management systems.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term fixes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
