Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced developer to build a cutting-edge sales and lead generation workflow using n8n driven by AI.

The goal is to automate the entire process from company identification to personalized email outreach, leveraging advanced technologies to streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop a reliable and scalable end-to-end workflow in n8n that integrates with third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and web scraping services.
  2. Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Craft expressions and light code to parse and map data between nodes, ensuring accurate data transfer and processing.
  4. Collaborate with our team to refine AI node prompts for high-quality, personalized outputs that meet our business objectives.
  5. Provide comprehensive documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance, ensuring easy access and understanding for future developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. N8n Expertise: Proven experience building complex workflows in n8n is essential for this role.
  2. API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication protocols.
  3. AI Integration: Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  4. Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts to extract valuable insights from external sources.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to resolve problems efficiently.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy and precision.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience with sales/marketing automation platforms to leverage existing expertise and best practices.
  2. Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node to enhance workflow functionality.
