Software Automation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Software Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using advanced tools like Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex automated test scripts using CRT 3+ for Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Design and implement reusable, modular, and scalable test automation components in QWords.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing initiatives for Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compatibility with various frameworks.
  • Conduct API testing and validate backend services and integrations.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect triage.
  • Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing, preferably version 3 or higher.
  • 3+ years of strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords.
  • Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based testing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
