We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Operations Manager to join our team at Ameriprise India LLP. As a key member of our technology operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our business-critical applications by supporting day-to-day batch processing, analyzing and fixing issues on priority, while adhering to standards and SLAs.
Main Responsibilities- Support High-priority incidents dynamically by providing timely resolution for problems and handle other service requests.
- Handle minor enhancements, perform code reviews, and be responsible for performance and maintenance of highly critical business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and help translate them into technical changes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years' overall experience leading and executing small to medium projects/BAU enhancements in Distributed or Mainframe Technologies.
- At least 3-4 years of Project Management experience in I.T.
- Strong communication, project delivery, financial, and resource management skills.
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, ServiceNow, etc.
Ameriprise India LLP offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
