We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB to lead the architecture, scaling, and secure development of our web platforms.

This individual will be responsible for guiding our in-house team, ensuring smooth deployments, and handling advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

Job Requirements
  • Lead Development: Develop scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • MongoDB Expertise: Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.
  • Deployment Pipeline: Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.
  • Security: Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and review work of junior developers to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting).
  • Integration: Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.).
  • Documentation: Document processes, create handover guides, and establish technical SOPs.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
  • MongoDB Expertise: Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Cloud Hosting & DevOps: Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Security: Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Mentorship: Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
