Backend Engineering Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineering Lead to lead the development of our web and mobile applications in a stablecoin stack.

This role requires designing and scaling backend systems for payments and settlements, building robust infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations, defining architecture, leading technical discussions, and owning system robustness.

Mentor and manage a small team of engineers across infra + app layers, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.

Establish engineering best practices and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and scale backend systems for payments and settlements.
  • Build robust infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations.
  • Define architecture and lead technical discussions.
  • Owning system robustness.
Requirements:

Experience in leading backend development teams.

Strong understanding of payment systems and settlement processes.
