We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Enterprise HR Systems Expert.

About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert to join our team and utilize their expertise in implementing and managing enterprise HR systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet, as well as strong business process understanding related to Core HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage EC solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Leverage technical skills to configure data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver EC implementation projects.
  • Develop and conduct workshops to educate stakeholders on business processes and system functionality.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance on EC configuration and optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SF modules, including ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additiona competence in SAP HR module.
