
HR Operations Specialist

Role Summary
\You will be responsible for delivering HR services and support to colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors.
\As a Process Expert, you will collaborate with the organization to implement effective HR strategies and programs, recruiting, training, and developing talent.
\Key Responsibilities

- Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, including performance management, rewards, benefits, and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration.\
- On- and offboarding of new employees, including orientation, documentation, coordination, exit interviews, knowledge transfer, performance, rewards, learning operations, and related administration.\
- Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting, and analytics.\
- Provision of guidance and support on candidate, colleague, and alumni queries relating to HR policies, procedures, processes, or guidance.\
- Collaboration with stakeholders to improve business outcomes through effective HR practices and processes.\
- Implementation of employee onboarding and engagement strategies to enhance retention and productivity.\
- Analysis of HR metrics and development of recommendations to improve HR operations.\
- Development and maintenance of HR-related documents, policies, and procedures.\
- Training and coaching of colleagues on HR policies and procedures.\
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment, labor, and workplace safety.\
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits enrollment.\
- Processing of employee transactions, such as pay, benefits, and time-off requests.\
- Administration of HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.\
- Provision of HR support to managers and employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance.\
- Identification and mitigation of HR-related risks, including conflicts, complaints, and grievances.\
- Monitoring and maintaining HR-related metrics and benchmarks.\
- Development and implementation of HR initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.\
- Communication of HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees and managers.\
- Support of organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, reorganization, and M&A.\
- Other duties as assigned by management.\

- Bachelor's degree.\
- Proficient in contract offer letter generation, skilled in Contract issuance and BGV processes, experience with Basic understanding of the background verification process.\
- HR shared services experience is a plus, expert in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
- Experience with the End-to-end onboarding journey is advantageous, Proficient communication skills, Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.\

This role will be based out of Chennai. Based at the DLF Cybercity Chennai estate, you can get a shuttle bus for easy commuting. We also provide childcare services. Our office is close to a variety of great places to eat, socialize, shop, and be entertained.
