Job Opportunity: Accounting Manager
\The role of Accounting Manager is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate financial statements are presented in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This involves overseeing the revenue recognition process, conducting detailed accounting research, and effectively leading staff to achieve organizational goals.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the month-end close process, including recording income, expenses, and changes in assets and liabilities on a monthly basis in line with IFRS requirements.\
- Review and approve journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.\
- Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement trend analyses for management to inform strategic decisions.\
- Compile quarterly lender compliance packages.\
- Evaluate technical accounting compliance by monitoring relevant IFRS and US GAAP developments to ensure accounting policies and procedures align with current standards.\
- Act as an internal technical accounting expert, conducting research and preparing technical accounting memos, and reviewing new and existing revenue contracts for proper revenue recognition.\
- Collaborate cross-functionally during contract negotiation, analyzing the impact of non-standard contract terms and offering alternative structures.\
- Participate in quarterly forecasting procedures and the annual budget process to drive business growth.\
- Support the annual audit and quarterly reviews by providing supporting analysis and technical accounting memos.\
- Deliver training sessions and keep business partners informed of developments in accounting and revenue recognition.\
- Maintain excellent customer service to other departments and stakeholders.\
- Develop and improve existing policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.\
