Job Overview:

As a high-level leader, you will play a key role in driving business success by ensuring the seamless management of complex exceptions within processes. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, reviewing and quality-checking tasks performed by team members, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate issues and disputes, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Offer training and feedback to peers as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vendor Master Data, tracking aged items and performing follow-ups.
  • Work under tight deadlines to manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Oracle and ARIBA.
  • Proficient in MS Office and review/QC tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
