Pentair seeks a dynamic leader to oversee engineering and product commercialization processes.This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, process ownership, and technical expertise in tools like Accolade, Jira, and Confluence.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid background in staged gate product development processes and a passion for driving operational excellence across globally distributed teams.Key Responsibilities:Process Development– Define new engineering and product commercialization processes.– Collaborate with global leaders to refine and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.Team Leadership– Lead a team of Accolade configurators and QA specialists.Training and Governance– Develop training materials and deliver engaging sessions to onboard teams to new or updated processes.– Define audit frameworks and conduct regular assessments to ensure process adherence.Communication and Collaboration– Leverage excellent written and oral communication skills to align business strategies with execution across global stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience– Overall experience of 8-10 years.Process Insight and Cross-Functional Experience– Strong process insight and cross-functional experience.Communication and Training– Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.– Proven experience in conducting training sessions.Technical Expertise– Engineering background with hands-on experience in PPM tools like Accolade.– Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.– Solid understanding of staged gate product development processes.– Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
