Drive Revenue Growth in Corporate Leasing

We are seeking driven professionals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through origination of leasing transactions in the corporate and cleantech sectors.

This is a front-line sales role with defined annual targets. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve annual sales and revenue targets in leasing.
  • Strengthening existing client relationships to generate repeat business, new opportunities, and referrals.
  • Conducting initial risk assessments and negotiating transaction terms within acceptable parameters.
  • Developing and maintaining strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular meetings and touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless deal processing, conversion, and disbursement.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-line B2B sales roles, managing corporate clients in a bank or financial institution.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with a finance background (preferred).
  • Experience in equipment finance and leasing is a strong plus.

Location:

  • Open positions in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Gujarat, and Kolkata.

Compensation:

Salary is competitive and based on experience.
