Key Executive Role for Real Estate Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground teams.

This critical role is essential in translating strategic intent into operational reality.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of land monetization and development projects.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely project closures.
  • Ensure effective documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build and lead high-performing local operational teams and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain governance, reporting, and risk management protocols.
  • Represent the company as the on-ground representative for key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10–15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with reputable developers or mid-sized platforms preferred.
  • Based in Goa or willing to relocate.
