Financial Invoice Specialist

The role of Invoicing Associate involves playing a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.
This includes preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery deadlines, entering invoices into customer invoicing platforms, submitting invoices via electronic data interchange, and having an in-depth understanding of key areas related to customer invoicing.
Responsibilities also include thoroughly reviewing each field on invoices before submission, verifying the presence of supporting documents and backups attached to invoices, and promptly updating invoice submission status in Navision.
Additionally, the Invoicing Associate will be responsible for managing invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as references, collaborating closely with payroll and invoicing teams, and expediting the invoice submission process when necessary.
Key tasks include sending out statements of accounts to customers, reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, handling invoice rejections and credit/rebills, and upholding standard operating procedures (SOPs) for complete invoicing processes account-wise.
Effective collaboration with Credit Control in invoicing and collection of payments is also an essential aspect of this role.
