Academic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Academic Leader to spearhead our institution in Patna, India. As the academic leader of our school community, you will set the tone for educational excellence and drive student achievement.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum guidelines and promote student progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion amongst students.
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team and delegate responsibilities as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • State Principal Certification or relevant administrative certification.
  • Several years of experience in teaching and educational administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends, technology, and best practices.

Benefits and Perks:

The estimated remuneration for this position is INR 1,200,000 - 1,800,000 per annum, paid in Indian Rupees.
