Senior Operations Lead

This position oversees the efficient functioning of medical facilities, encompassing departments such as medical services, front office management, financial administration, and outpatient department (OPD) operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to achieve operational objectives and foster a collaborative work environment through open communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members to enhance their professional development and employee engagement.
  • Promote high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for promotional activities and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Departmental Oversight
  • Evaluate and maintain proper setup and functioning of departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and departmental records related to cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Verify attendance and availability of technicians, reporting doctors, phlebotomists, and housekeeping staff in departments.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to secure backup staff in case of absenteeism.
  • Track and report turnaround times and reasons for deviations in each test to the head of operations.
  • Address urgent reports and departmental grievances for patients, technicians, and machine breakdowns.
