Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Branch Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Opening & Maintenance:
  • Monitor account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures to ensure compliance with bank standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and instructions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to process and documentation standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including NOC, Product, and Sales teams.

  • Proven experience in banking operations and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
