Job Opportunity

We seek an accomplished leader to drive the strategic and delivery functions of our IT operations. This role demands high-level technical expertise, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead delivery teams responsible for enterprise technologies, drive innovation across platforms, and manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

  • Strategic and Technical Leadership:
    • Develop and implement our IT strategy and roadmap aligned to overall business objectives.
    • Serve as a corporate authority and expert in our technology stack, advising on current and emerging technologies.
    • Provide consultative guidance to high-impact, complex IT projects and ensure delivery excellence across platforms.
  • Technology Delivery & Oversight:
    • Lead delivery teams responsible for enterprise applications and services.
    • Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of technology solutions through close collaboration with internal business and functional stakeholders.
    • Drive the execution of application and platform strategies to support business needs.
  • Team & Vendor Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of senior IT professionals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the IT team.
    • Manage third-party vendors to ensure optimal delivery, compliance, and alignment with our quality standards.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Define and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures with a focus on data protection and regulatory compliance.
    • Oversee resource planning, performance monitoring, and budgeting.
    • Promote best practices in information security and enterprise architecture.
  • Advisory & Influence:
    • Partner with leadership to identify IT opportunities and influence long-term strategies.
    • Act as a thought leader and mentor across the IT function.
    • Represent us in industry forums, conferences, and internal strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, delivery, and strategy across large-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP technologies, CRM (preferably Salesforce), analytics platforms, and low-code development tools.

Must have Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of our technology landscape and business processes.
  • Participation in external technology forums, with published papers or speaking engagements.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, strategic planning, and compliance standards in a global enterprise setting.
