Sales Account Associate Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage daily sales order creation and posting in SAP business management software.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and customer reconciliation processes.
  • Enter customer collections into SAP system.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the SD Module in SAP (Order to Cash) for sales order fulfillment.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills for clear interaction with international stakeholders/customers.
  • Process sales and non-sales orders invoices according to established procedures.
  • Conduct thorough stock audits.
  • Generate sales MIS reports.
  • Create debit/credit notes within the system.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Value-Added Tax, Withholding Tax, and other taxes.
  • Participate in monthly closing activities.
  • Previous experience in a Shared Service center is advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP SD/FICO Module expertise.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective voice and written communication.
