Job Role: Support Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Telegu and English is required.
