Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and processes to deliver high-quality results under pressure.

You will work closely with our Center manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong execution skills & action-oriented
  • Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources
  • Ability to work under pressure situations
  • Ability to work and perform station operations independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office (MS Excel) skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced
