Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. Ensure transparency and accuracy in all reporting.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities. Develop strategies to optimize pricing models.
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking and payroll for Indian entity. Streamline processes for efficient payment processing.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for AP and Taxes activities. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences and internal audits. Analyze findings and implement recommendations.
  • Responsible for monthly book closing including BRS, invoice booking, accruals and capitalization. Ensure that all records are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Manage FAR and reconcile with books of accounts. Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare cash flow projections. Develop forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of company Financial statement. Verify data and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for effective internal control. Establish robust controls to mitigate risks.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for increased efficiency and accuracy. Implement process improvements to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice processing, payment runs and vendor reconciliations. Automate manual tasks to reduce errors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions. Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the process.
  • Drive process improvements and automation for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement.
