We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Professional to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have solid financial management experience and expertise in managing day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting books.

• Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Process Transactions: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.

• Reconcile Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Manage Payroll: Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

• Ensure Timely Tax Filing: Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
