Cloud Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the design, development, and operation of our cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will drive the strategy and execution for a self-service, secure, and highly available cloud platform.

This leadership role requires collaboration with various teams including infrastructure, security, developer experience, and product teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the business. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams responsible for core cloud infrastructure, compute, networking, container orchestration, and internal platform services.


A strong focus on automation, developer self-service, and reducing operational toil is essential. Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the executive level is also required.


The ideal candidate will possess 12 years of engineering experience with 7 in a leadership role focused on cloud platforms or infrastructure. Deep expertise in public cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, Pulumi, and cloud-native architecture is necessary.


A proven track record of delivering scalable platform infrastructure in high-growth or large-scale environments is expected. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are also essential.
