Procurement Manager Role

Purchasing professionals with a strong vision for supply chain management are sought after to lead procurement efforts, driving cost savings and process efficiencies.

This key role requires the strategic development of global sourcing strategies, effective management of supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and process efficiencies.
  • Establish policies and procedures to standardize and optimize procurement operations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
  • Ensuring alignment of purchasing activities with organizational goals, inventory requirements, and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of international logistics, customs compliance, and global supply chain dynamics.
