Supply Chain Optimization Specialist - Global Sourcing & Quality Assurance.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to lead global sourcing and quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier development, procurement, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier performance, cost savings, and quality improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase agility.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with supplier capacity, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Drive process improvements through lean methodologies, Six Sigma tools, and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
