Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate financial projections.
- Monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor reports.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MCOM).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial reporting standards.
