Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional with 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment on financial planning and objectives.
  • Utilize financial planning applications such as Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan, Cube, and Planful for data management and reporting.
  • Draw appropriate conclusions from available information to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and global counterparts to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of financial planning methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial planning applications (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan, Cube, Planful).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
